The territory of the Techno Park will be located closer to Grafitnij proezd from the north side and from the others sides will be border with existing industrial zone. The project provides for the construction of seven industrial warehouse buildings, administration block and warehouse terminal. Beyond that, one of the existing buildings will be renovate. Total square of the complex with 10 buildings will occupied approximately 300 000 m2.
